Technical assistance

What do we do?

We provide technical, mechanical, electronic and software support for a wide range of machine tools from many global manufacturers, on the whole Italian territory and also abroad. We operate on CNC Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens.

Remote support

A team of engineers is available on-site for telephone and/or online quick support. In this way we are able to rapidly evaluate the problem of the customer and provide immediate assistance.
Direct diagnosis
We use certified and constantly updated diagnostic tools. More specifically, the following:
- Ballbar Renishaw – calculates generic measurements of the shaping performance, (circularity, circular deviation) of CNC machine tools, in accordance with international standards
- Interferometric laser – measures machine tool performance
- PWM 9 and 20 Heidenhain – diagnostic set for testing linear (optical) and rotary measurement systems (encoder)
- Kelch – clamping control with load cells for ISO 40 – ISO 50 – HSK 63A cone
- RTCP (Center Point rotation tool) – calibration and calibration
- Vibrometer
- Slates and rows in granite
- Plugs for control
- Smart Balancer
Assistance contracts

The best solution for continuous assistance. Monthly or yearly assistance plans which include prior checks, routine and extraordinary interventions.

Remote support

A team of engineers is available on-site for telephone and/or online quick support. Our technical staff is qualified and certified to provide remote assistance and support. In this way we are able to rapidly evaluate the customer’s requirement and provide immediate assistance.
